Job Category: SalesResponsible for planning, organizing and directing a sales team to maximize Red Bull sales, Perfect Store Standards, WvC scores, VIP Compliancy, Shelf per Store and drive first class in-store execution. Develop productive business relationships with accounts within assigned territory while developing solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving Red Bull goals. Drive best in class practices by producing excellent results and creating innovative solutions. Red Bull Sales Director will oversee District Managers, in assigned territory, ensuring Red Bull standards are continually met/exceeded as well as coach District Managers to ensure their teams produce “Best in Class" execution.
QualificationsMust Requirements (including any physical requirements)
- Undergraduate college degree or five (5) years of related management experience;
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience;
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
- Excellent customer relations skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
- Extended hours will be required as On Premise service needs dictate;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
