Job Title: Recycle Technician
Location: AZEK Company/Return Polymers, Wilmington Division, Recycle Facility
Schedule: B Crew (6:45PM-7AM) Rotating 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule.
Pay: $22 per hour
Reports To: Recycle Production Supervisor
We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated Recycle Technician to join our team at the Recycle Facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong physical capabilities, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to operational excellence. Performance will be assessed based on safety and quality standards, efficiency in core responsibilities, and contributions to team goals.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an extrusion processing environment preferred, with demonstrated experience in extrusion processes and equipment.
Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Attributes: Self-directed, motivated, able to multi-task, and willing to share responsibility and accountability.
