Park Paving Ltd. is a well-established road construction company in Edmonton, known for its expertise in the industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREMAN for our RCI Division to join our team.

As a Foreman for our Recycled Crushing Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recycled crushing operations. This includes:

• Supervising and coordinating the crushing crew
• Ensuring the efficient crushing of various materials
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Providing training and guidance to the crew
• Participating in daily planning and scheduling

We expect the successful candidate to have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a thorough knowledge of crushing operations and equipment.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The work schedule may vary depending on project requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Foreman - Recycled Crushing, you must meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the road construction industry
• Strong knowledge of crushing operations and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay Scale $33 - $37 Per Hour

Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment. They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining an positive and respectful work environment.
