Gaia Saint-Tropez recherche des professionnels de cuisine passionnés et expérimentés pour rejoindre son équipe pour la saison estivale 2026 à Saint-Tropez. Nous constituons une brigade dynamique afin d’offrir une expérience culinaire méditerranéenne exceptionnelle dans un environnement luxueux et à forte énergie.

Chef de Partie (CDP)
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Commis de cuisine
Chefs pâtissiers (tous niveaux)
Exigences:
Passeport européen ou autorisation de travail valable dans l’UE ( obligatoire)
Expérience préalable en restauration haut volume ou gastronomique / haut de gamme
Forte éthique de travail et capacité à travailler sous pression
Esprit d’équipe et grande attention aux détails
Bon niveau d’anglais (le français ou l’italien est un plus)

Gaia St Tropez is seeking passionate and experienced kitchen professionals to join our team for the 2026 summer season in St. Tropez. We are building a dynamic brigade to deliver exceptional Mediterranean dining in a high-energy, luxury environment.
Available Positions:
Chef de Partie (CDP)
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Commis Chef
Pastry Chefs (all levels)
Requirements:
EU passport or valid EU work authorization (mandatory)
Previous experience in high-volume or upscale restaurants
Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Good level of English (French or Italian is a plus)
