Job Description


This role supports smooth and compliant recruitment and pre‑boarding activity across Heathrow’s Business Services areas. It focuses on delivering accurate employment documentation, managing recruitment transactions, and supporting candidates and colleagues through each stage of the process. The role helps ensure requirements are met, information is handled correctly, and services run consistently.
  • Deliver employment offers, contracts and recruitment transactions accurately and on time.
  • Manage pre‑boarding and recruitment processes so candidates move through each stage smoothly.
  • Act as a clear point of contact for recruitment and transaction queries, including more complex cases.
  • Maintain high data accuracy to support audit, compliance and quality requirements.
  • Identify practical improvements that reduce re‑work and improve service delivery.
  • Experience delivering recruitment or HR transactions in a regulated environment.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment or HR systems used for offers, contracts and employee records.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting agreed service standards.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with a range of internal contacts.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling personal and contractual data.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance or compliance processes.

Desirable

  • Experience with right‑to‑work checking and related legislation.
  • Experience supporting others by sharing process knowledge.

Working location

Your contractual place of work will be the Heathrow Business Services Centre in Glasgow so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to work.

We also have some hybrid roles with a working approach which offers the opportunity for colleagues to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow.  Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
