At Koch, we believe technology should help recruiters spend less time navigating processes and more time creating value through great hiring decisions. We're looking for a Recruitment Technology Enablement Lead to help shape how recruiting teams across Asia Pacific leverage technology, insights, and operational best practices to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

In this role, you'll serve as the APAC lead for recruiting technology enablement and operational capability, partnering with recruiting teams, business leaders, and global product partners to drive technology adoption, continuous improvement, and recruiter effectiveness across the region. What You'll Do

Drive Recruiting Technology Adoption

  • Lead the adoption of recruiting technologies and capabilities across APAC.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance recruiter experience, productivity, and business impact.
  • Monitor adoption trends and identify opportunities to increase utilization and value realization.

Partner with the Business

  • Serve as the primary link between APAC recruiting teams and enterprise product teams.
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback, business requirements, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Help influence future technology capabilities by representing regional needs and perspectives.

Lead Change and Enablement

  • Develop and execute communication, training, and change management strategies for new tools and processes.
  • Build and sustain an APAC Recruiter Champions Network to support peer learning, feedback, and best-practice sharing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of technology and process enhancements.

Advance Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and ways of working.
  • Support governance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts across recruiting operations.
  • Leverage reporting and insights to inform decisions, measure success, and drive ongoing improvements.

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • Experience partnering with technology, product, HR, operations, or analytics teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Experience leading change management, enablement, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable processes and practical solutions.
  • Experience using data and insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or recruiting technologies such as Avature.
  • Experience working with people analytics or reporting platforms such as Visier.
  • Experience leading capability communities, champion networks, or large-scale adoption programs.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, or business units within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
