Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist Team Leader to lead, coach, and manage a team of Recruitment Specialists supporting VA and RPO client requirements. This role is both hands-on and leadership-driven, ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining quality, compliance, and a strong candidate experience.

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring process adherence, and acting as the key bridge between Recruitment Specialists, HR Management, and Operations. This role plays a critical part in driving hiring efficiency, team productivity, and service excellence aligned with Level Up Talent Solutions’ standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• 
  Lead, coach, and supervise Recruitment Specialists to ensure consistent performance and adherence to recruitment standards.

• 
  Set daily and weekly hiring targets and monitor individual and team KPIs.

• 
  Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

• 
  Ensure team compliance with company policies, recruitment SOPs, and DOLE-aligned labor practices.

Recruitment Operations Oversight

• 
  Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, endorsements, and interview coordination with VA and RPO clients.

• 
  Ensure high-volume outreach targets are met while maintaining candidate quality.

• 
  Support onsite recruitment activities, including walk-in applicant processing and job fair participation.

• 
  Review and approve candidate endorsements before client submission.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• 
  Coordinate with HR Manager, Operations, and client representatives to align hiring priorities and timelines.

• 
  Address recruitment escalations, bottlenecks, and client feedback promptly.

• 
  Ensure a professional, timely, and transparent candidate journey across all recruitment stages.

Process, Reporting & Automation

• 
  Track and analyze recruitment data, pipeline status, and performance reports.

• 
  Ensure accurate updating of ATS, CRM, and recruitment dashboards.

• 
  Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, ATS workflows, CRM automations) to improve sourcing efficiency and follow-ups.

• 
  Recommend process improvements to optimize recruitment operations.

Administrative & Compliance Support

• 
  Ensure proper documentation of recruitment records, reports, and onboarding endorsements.

• 
  Support HR Manager in audits, compliance checks, and internal documentation.

• 
  Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.

• 
  Strong background in BPO, RPO, staffing, or high-volume recruitment environments.

• 
  Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

• 
  Proven ability to manage high call volumes, tight deadlines, and multiple hiring demands.

• 
  Proficient in ATS, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).

• 
  Comfortable using AI tools and recruitment automation to drive productivity.

• 
  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• 
  Preferably residing in Cebu or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have:

• 
  Experience handling onsite recruitment hubs, job fairs, or walk-in applicant processing.

  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
