Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years experience in Tech/ IT recruitment
  • Minimum 1+ Years of Handling and Managing team of Recruiters .
  • Good level of communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations.
  • Good command of English
  • IT Outsourcing/ staffing service experience is a plus.
