As a Recruitment Team Lead / Delivery Manager, you will oversee a team of recruitment consultants. Your focus will be on developing strategic recruitment plans, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of recruitment processes within the fintech and iGaming sectors.
Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve placement targets.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs in the fintech and iGaming sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from candidate sourcing to placement.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the agency's client base and market presence.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within fintech or iGaming industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS systems.
Ability to manage and lead a team, with experience in a leadership role.
Excellent command of English and Russian languages.
