About the role, Keynotes

• Profile – Recruitment Support Executive
• Role – Full-time
• Grade – Associate
• Location – Remote - Work from home
• Work hours – Mon to Fri / 10 am to 8 pm IST

What you'll do?

• Attend the incoming support call and provide the necessary support to all applicants.
• Monitoring the support mailbox and chat. Ensuring all queries are responded to promptly.
• Screen applications as per the requirement of the company.
• Create reports for support calls, emails and screening as the management guides.
• Provide necessary insights to the management for process improvement.
• Provide support to supervisors for any other tasks as and when assigned.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 months of experience in a support or customer service role
• Education qualification - Graduation in any field.
• High aptitude and reasoning ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, quick learner and self-starter.

Job Pre-requisite

• Wifi - 100mbps internet speed
• Laptop with 8gb ram(windows) or 3gb ram(mac)
• Minimum i3 8th gen processor @ 2.4Ghz, minimum 256mb internal GPU
• Good camera and Headset
• Quite and a well-lit workspace
