About a role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Recruitment Team by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of operational recruitment activities in line with established deadlines, internal procedures, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating candidate and recruitment process statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), publishing job advertisements across ATS and other recruitment platforms, as well as managing vacancies dedicated to university and vocational students. The role also involves conducting initial CV reviews and candidate pre-screening activities to support various recruitment processes, together with a range of administrative tasks related to talent acquisition operations.
In addition, the position contributes to internal and external audit activities by ensuring proper documentation and process compliance. The role also actively supports continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization efforts, and automation projects aimed at enhancing recruitment efficiency and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment process records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Publish and manage job requisitions across ATS and other recruitment platforms, ensuring timely and accurate posting of vacancies.
- Provide administrative and operational support for candidate assessment and selection activities.
- Ensure data integrity and system accuracy within the ATS, including candidate records, pipeline stages, hiring metrics, and active recruitment projects.
- Manage candidate data received from external sources, ensuring compliance with data quality and privacy standards.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process by conducting initial candidate pre-screening and coordinating interviews, including video interviews in Spanish to assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and support the full internship recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, partnerships with educational institutions, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment reporting sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics, insights, and operational reports to Team Leaders, Managers, and other key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR-related role, preferably within a Shared Services Center (SSC), Business Services organization, or a complex multinational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in European Spanish (minimum C1 level).
- Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong results orientation with the ability to achieve hiring goals efficiently.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to objectively evaluate profiles and information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and database management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Access, and Word.
- Previous experience using Oracle or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
