About the Company

Our client is part of a fast-expanding professional services network of experts in key locations around the world. They are a global accounting and advisory network with over 10,000 people, including 500+ partners, in more than 80 offices across 16 regions, connecting and collaborating to take care of your needs locally, nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for search of candidates through cold-calling, networking, and recommendations.
• Participate in business development
• Effectively listen to and understand clients hiring needs, preferences by providing professional consultation services.
• Build relationship, engage talents, provide excellent candidate experience and create brand awareness for the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• 360 recruitment.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
• Candidates with business development experience will have an added advantage
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Remuneration

RM 3,000 - RM 6,000
