Job Description
The Company is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Virtual Assistant who can support both recruitment and marketing functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and consistently, and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
You will play a key role in helping us attract top talent while also supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and visibility.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling)
· Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements
· Coordinate interviews and maintain active, timely communication with applicants
· Provide updates to candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience
· Track candidate progress and maintain organized recruitment pipelines
· Assist in employer branding initiatives (job posts, hiring campaigns, candidate experience)
· Administrative & Operational Tasks Manage calendars, emails, and task tracking with quick turnaround times
· Maintain clear and consistent communication across tasks and projects
· Organize files and maintain documentation
· Support project coordination and timely follow-ups
· Assist in process documentation and improvements
