Based in Waterloo NSW or Bayswater VIC, this is an opportunity to take your recruitment experience into a niche industry supporting essential operational services across Australia. You’ll be part of the wider People Team, working closely with operational leaders and supported by our Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

About the role

Lead end-to-end recruitment for the field-based, trade, technical and operational roles that keep our business moving. From job briefing through to offer, you’ll connect great people with unique opportunities across Australia and help shape how we attract talent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with operational leaders nationally to understand current and future workforce needs, role requirements and recruitment timeframes
• Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, sourcing options and salary expectations
• Create engaging job adverts and proactively source candidates through a range of channels
• Assess and screen candidates, prepare shortlists and coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements and offers
• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed while maintaining timely, fair, consistent and accurate recruitment processes

About you

• A minimum of three years’ end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting in a trade, construction, utilities, infrastructure or similar operational environment
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities
• Confidence partnering with operational managers and providing practical recruitment advice
• Strong attention to detail across candidate assessment, recruitment records and pre-employment compliance
• Sound knowledge of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, including classifications, pay structures and entitlements, will be highly regarded
