Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, communication, experience, CTC, notice period, and availability.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews, assessments, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience and minimize dropouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers, SPOCs, vendors, and internal teams to meet hiring targets.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
