Recruitment Specialist

HanmiGlobal is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment activities across Saudi Arabia while contributing to regional hiring requirements across the MENA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing high-quality talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong recruitment delivery skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting engineering consultancy, PMC, PMO, infrastructure, and real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across technical, engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate support functions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment recommendations.
• Conduct reference checks where required.
• Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database.

Recruitment Coordination

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment priorities with HR and project teams.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Support project mobilization by ensuring timely recruitment of required resources.

Recruitment Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure candidate information is properly documented and updated.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports covering:
  • Open vacancies
  • Recruitment status
  • Time-to-fill
  • Candidate pipeline
  • Recruitment KPIs

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events where required.
• Represent HanmiGlobal professionally throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for large-scale projects or engineering consultancy firms.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Good understanding of the Saudi labor market and recruitment practices.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred

• GCC recruitment experience.
• Experience with Workable or a similar ATS platform.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting within Engineering Consultancy, Construction, PMCM / PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate Development.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations, visa processes, and employee mobilization.
