About the job:

Location On-site, Delijorgji Complex, Tirana.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

We are looking for another Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team! If you are passionate about talent acquisition, skilled in sourcing, and confident in managing recruitment cycles independently, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Write and post clear and effective job descriptions across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal channels).
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment status reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding process of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Participate and contribute to HR initiatives and projects, proposing improvements when needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at the same time.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Good level of English (written & spoken).
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to develop professionally.
