Job Description

The recruiting specialist will be responsible for Providing recruiting expertise by developing recruitment strategies in alignment with business’ workforce planning needs. The recruitment specialist will Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to attract, source and select key talent for the Organization. Recruitment efforts will include managing all internal and external applicants, proactive sourcing leveraging multiple platforms and ensuring a high quality process is followed through every hiring need.

• Develop recruitment plans to meet business needs in partnership with Hiring Managers.
• Executes the recruitment process including posting, attracting, sourcing, screening and selecting high quality applicants
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available to meet business needs
• Execute comprehensive recruitment marketing plans (including a social media platform) to source qualified candidates.
• Complete monthly KPI Reporting and other ad hoc analysis as required
• Assists with developing relationship and the planning and execution of key career awareness events and opportunities including student recruitment, career fairs and post-secondary partnerships
• Participate in HR/recruitment business improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes

Post Secondary Education required

Prior experience supporting recruitment efforts of different varieties

Proven experience supporting multiple priorities simultaneously
