As a Internal Recruiter, you will be part of a small, but high-performing recruitment team, working on live vacancies for upcoming DBD projects and supply chain demands across various nuclear sites in the UK and overseas.
What you will be doing:
Building and nurturing talent pipelines for our main capabilities: Engineering, Programme Delivery, Safety, and Digital
Actively sourcing candidates via various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Managing candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming resource demands and share best practices regarding recruitment
Supporting DBD initiatives such as driving referrals, DEI, events, graduate talent, and more
