1. Minimum 5 years of hardcore
end-to-end recruitment experience in Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore)
sector.
2. End-to-End recruitment life cycle:
Expertise in the areas of Recruiting, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting,
interviewing candidates, Job posting, Mass mailing, Headhunting, Reporting,
Salary Negotiation, Onboarding, Executive Hiring, team handling etc.
