Responsibilities: This person will assist in acquiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future employment needs. The employee must possess a strong passion for talent acquisition, employee placement, and onboarding. To be successful in this role, the employee should have experience recruiting, sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. The employee must be results-oriented, driven, and able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
Manage Active Candidate Pool
Organize and provide written, oral, and web-based training resources to help hiring managers complete the hiring process
Provide written, oral, and web-based assistance to outside candidates during the application process
Conduct phone screens and in-person Interviews to assist hiring managers in the selection of candidates
Travel to and maintain a professional and eager representation of MFA at all career and hiring fairs
Develop and maintain strong high school and college relationships; providing in-person presentations to students, faculty, and staff
Recruit for and vet candidates for the Custom Applicator Training Programs

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, Agriculture, or related field
Experience working in an Applicant Track System (preferred)
