Working with a local partner, GLG Is looking for an Associate/Recruiting Specialist to be based in Jakarta. Please note your contract will be with the local partner.
This role provides opportunities to work closely with business and investment leaders that are driving industry throughout the world. You will work closely with Client Solutions team to gauge clients needs and fulfil time-sensitive research requests for GLG clients by analysing client inquiries and identifying and qualifying primary populations. Grow the GLG Networks by pro-actively reaching out to key opinion leaders, industry leaders and experts through various channels such as LinkedIn, recruiting campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and other relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in internet research, inside sales, head hunting, recruitment, market research or customer service. Superior communication, interaction and influencing skills as well as creative problem-solving skills.
