We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts across construction and engineering roles in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a hands-on execution role focused on outbound sourcing, candidate identification, and pipeline generation rather than full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is experienced in finding and engaging passive candidates and can operate independently with minimal direction. This role directly impacts placement speed and quality by consistently delivering strong candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
Source candidates for construction and engineering roles including Project Managers, Estimators, and field leadership positions
Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and Boolean search techniques
Identify and engage passive candidates through email, phone, and messaging outreach
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track outreach activity within the ATS
Qualify candidates based on role requirements before passing to recruiters or account managers
Continuously refine search strategies based on role feedback and market conditions
Conduct market mapping to identify competitors and talent pools in specific regions
Collaborate with recruiters to align on candidate profiles and submission priorities
Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining consistent sourcing output
Qualifications
3+ years of sourcing experience in recruiting or staffing environments
Experience sourcing for construction, engineering, or skilled trades roles preferred
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
Ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-volume recruiting environment
Must have direct sourcing experience (not only coordination or administrative support)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
