LaunchPad Home Group is growing fast, and so are the teams within our family of home-inspection and home-service brands across the country. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition efforts. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build strong candidate pipelines, improve sourcing strategies, and help drive hiring across multiple roles and markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys the challenge of finding great talent in competitive markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates for a wide range of field and office-based roles, from customer service specialists to home inspectors and technicians, while also building long-term talent pipelines to meet future workforce needs.

You’ll be the go-to partner for the talent acquisition team, helping them plan for growth, align on candidate profiles, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience. What you will do:

• Partner directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other creative channels
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Manage candidate flow and activity within UKG (ATS)
• Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates and generate interest in opportunities
• Review resumes and screen candidates against role requirements
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in UKG
• Collaborate on job postings and sourcing strategies
• Support scheduling and coordination as needed

What we need:

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Proven success in sourcing for a variety of roles, primarily within service, skilled trades, or customer-facing industries
• Hands-on experience with UKG (ATS) or similar applicant tracking systems
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-market hiring
• Strong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniques
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve sourcing metrics
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A genuine interest in talent acquisition and candidate experience
