Recruitment Senior Specialist

As a Recruitment Sr Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the teams that design and manufacture life-saving automotive safety systems. You will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple locations, attracting diverse and highly skilled professionals.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple complex requisitions

  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align talent strategies with business objectives

  • Develop and execute targeted staffing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines

  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience aligned with Autoliv’s values

  • Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors

  • Manage hiring for professional (indirect) roles, including senior-level and highly specialized technical positions

  • Ensure efficient and compliant use of ATS tools and recruitment technologies

What is required:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 6–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing environments, large global organizations, or automotive or R&D/technical centers

• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a high level of organization and quality

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/xray search)

• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills

• Fluent English is a must

• Work arrangement for this position is on-site from Monday through Thursday, and remote on Fridays
