To combat the high volume of demand we currently have, we're in search of a talent manager.
Your initial capacity will be to support our experienced team where you'll gain knowledge into how we support the talent ecosystem. During this stage, your duties will include
To succeed in such a role, you'll need to have an interest to secure a career in recruitment or consultative sales; An interest in business management, an entrepreneurial mindset and see yourself as a people person. Whilst your core function will initially be repetitive, the execution is ever-changing due to the constant change in target audience, so being able to adapt to new environments and the ability to step out of your comfort-zone is also important.
Whilst we're flexible on considering talent of all experience, please note that this is an entry-level role and in turn be nurtured into a full scope executive search consultant.
