Pinnacle Lead Consulting are an innovation advisory with a core focus on supporting the talent ecosystem within the innovation space. Our objective is to provide the best talent within our client's required fields to enable the betterment of their digital transformation/ innovation adoption journey

To combat the high volume of demand we currently have, we're in search of a talent manager.

Your initial capacity will be to support our experienced team where you'll gain knowledge into how we support the talent ecosystem. During this stage, your duties will include

• Attend job briefing with seniors to understand talent needs from clients
• Conduct market intelligence and mapping projects
• Attract and recruit talent through a complex search methodology
• Maintain and develop relationships within the innovation and technology ecosystem and be knowledgeable in industry trends and movements
• Provide career consultants
• Generate candidate leads through name generation mapping, networking, and complex market analytics to support seniors on market diversification

To succeed in such a role, you'll need to have an interest to secure a career in recruitment or consultative sales; An interest in business management, an entrepreneurial mindset and see yourself as a people person. Whilst your core function will initially be repetitive, the execution is ever-changing due to the constant change in target audience, so being able to adapt to new environments and the ability to step out of your comfort-zone is also important.

Whilst we're flexible on considering talent of all experience, please note that this is an entry-level role and in turn be nurtured into a full scope executive search consultant.
