This is an opportunity for a driven relationship-builder who enjoys working with employers, identifying workforce opportunities and supporting people to achieve sustainable employment outcomes. You'll work closely with customers, businesses and internal teams to create long-term employment success.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Partner, you will actively engage with employers, identify job opportunities and connect suitable candidates to vacancies across a range of industries. You'll develop and maintain employer relationships, generate employment opportunities and support customers throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry contacts and community stakeholders.
  • Generate employment opportunities through business development, networking, account management and local labour market engagement.
  • Identify employer workforce needs and match suitable candidates to available vacancies.
  • Promote employment programs, supports and incentives to employers.
  • Collaborate with Mentors and internal teams to understand customer goals, strengths and job readiness.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and practical support to customers to improve job readiness, confidence and progression toward sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Support candidates and employers throughout the recruitment and placement process.
  • Maintain accurate records of employer engagement, vacancies, referrals and placements.
  • Contribute to placement, outcome and employer engagement targets.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with program and contractual requirements.

About You

You are a motivated and commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outcomes.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in recruitment, employment services, business development, sales or employer engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful employment outcomes.
  • Confidence engaging with businesses across a range of industries.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience, initiative and a results-focused mindset.
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Current Blue Card and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
