About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Workforce Australia team. This role plays a critical part in connecting job-ready customers with local employers and supporting strong employment outcomes under the Workforce Australia contract.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with Employment Consultants, employers, and key stakeholders to identify job opportunities and place suitable candidates into sustainable employment. You will proactively engage with employers, understand workforce needs, and support recruitment activity aligned to contract requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and industry partners
• Source, develop, and promote job opportunities for Workforce Australia customers
• Match suitable candidates to vacancies and support the recruitment process end to end
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support placements and retention outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with Workforce Australia guidelines
• Contribute to meeting contractual KPIs and performance targets

About You:

• Experience in recruitment, employment services, labour hire, or a similar role
• Strong employer engagement and relationship management skills
• A customer-first approach with a genuine commitment to supporting job seekers
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of Workforce Australia or DES contracts (highly regarded)
