About this Position

The Recruitment Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support for the recruitment process in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners. In this key role within an international environment, you will be responsible for posting job openings, drafting and managing offer letters, coordinating interview logistics, and meticulously managing hiring documentation in the relevant systems and trackers.

What you´ll do

  • Create and publish job postings in the recruitment system.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, including the required approval process.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate directly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and follow up on hiring requests.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain recruitment documentation.
    Update trackers and systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
