MISSION :
Provide high-quality recruitment support through candidate sourcing, screening, process coordination, and stakeholder partnership to ensure efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
Candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination activities are performed effectively to support business hiring needs.
Recruitment services are delivered with accuracy, quality, and respect of agreed service levels.
The needs of Hiring Managers, Recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders are anticipated and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Recruitment data, documentation, and reporting are maintained with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
A positive recruitment experience is ensured throughout the recruitment process. Continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported to enhance recruitment efficiency and service quality.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Administration, or a related area.
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Preferred:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday, or other recruitment platforms.
Experience working in a multinational or shared service environment.
