
A growing healthcare company is seeking a full-time Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to manage hiring processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for caregivers and staff.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing full-cycle recruitment efforts
Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conducting onboarding and orientation processes
Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed
Maintaining recruitment tracking systems
Supporting workforce growth initiatives
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment or HR
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Healthcare recruitment experience preferred

Salary: $60k - $65k/Year + Commission
