RECRUITMENT OFFICER (ON-SITE)

Job Description:

• Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software
• Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants
• Conduct background checks on applicants
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee
• Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Confident and has a positive demeanor
• Good work attitude
• Intelligent and Fast learner
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
• Capable of assessing presented information and making decisions aligned with the company's objectives.
• Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required

Equipment:

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor | 2ghz - 8GB RAM)
• Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
• Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom
