This full-time role puts you at the centre of it all — driving the growth of our team by attracting, engaging, and securing top talent. You’ll be the first touchpoint for future Urban employees and the person behind building high-performing teams across the business.

From sourcing standout candidates to shaping our employer brand, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Urban experience, while partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the right people on board.

  • Attracting and engaging top talent across all divisions, building strong pipelines and bringing the right people into Urban.
  • Fast, professional responses to applications and enquiries — creating a seamless, on-brand candidate experience.
  • Confident screening and first interviews that identify the right fit and keep the process moving.
  • Clear recommendations and smooth coordination with hiring managers to support efficient hiring decisions.
  • Timely, honest feedback that leaves every candidate with a positive impression of Urban.
  • Creating standout job ads and driving recruitment marketing across key platforms to attract quality candidates.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through outreach and confident cold calling — uncovering and engaging top passive talent.
  • Building and nurturing talent pools through using relevant tools and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail across job boards, reference checks, and candidate records.
  • Managing offer stages with confidence — communicating clearly around salary, start dates, and structures.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience in recruitment, sales, or real estate (great, but not essential)
