Key Responsibilities
• Heavy multimedia and creative design work
• Creation and editing of Static, Reels and short-form video content Motion graphics and multimedia
• End-to-end management of creative requests and projects
• Workload prioritization and management of multiple concurrent requests
• Stakeholder management, including alignment on timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Open to candidates from both BPO and non-BPO industries
• (Non-negotiables) Portfolio must showcase strong, high-quality work in:
◦ High-quality creative output
◦ Static designs
◦ Reels/video editing
◦ Motion graphics and animation
◦ Consistent quality of work across projects
• Working knowledge of standard editing and design tools
◦ 3D modeling experience is not a strict requirement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
