The Recruitment Marketing Creatives Officer is a key member of VXI's Recruitment Marketing team and serves as the lead of the Creatives team. He/She is expected to oversee the creative direction and execution of projects from concept to completion, guide designers to develop compelling and effective visual concepts across various marketing channels, and ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic goals.
The Creatives Officer is evaluated primarily on team-level outcomes - the quality, throughput, and growth of the Creatives team - rather than on personal creative output alone.
This role leads VXI's global Recruitment Marketing Creatives team and supports creative outputs across multiple regions including the United States, Latin America, India, Egypt, and the Philippines. Because team members and partners operate in different time zones, the role follows a shifting schedule that supports coordination across regions. We work hard to make schedules sustainable and predictable, with regular team syncs that keep everyone connected.
The Creatives Officer’s responsibilities include the following:
Lead the creative vision, concept development, and production of projects from ideation to final delivery.
Develop and articulate a clear creative vision for campaigns and projects, providing detailed art direction to designers and ensuring visual consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with marketing objectives.
Work closely with other Recruitment Marketing and Talent Acquisition leads on various marketing and recruitment projects to support the hiring demands of VXI for agent and support roles.
Lead brainstorming sessions, generate creative ideas, and develop compelling concepts for campaigns and various recruitment marketing projects across multiple platforms.
Manage and mentor the Creatives team's multimedia designers, assign tasks, provide feedback, and foster collaboration to produce high-quality work.
Oversee the team's Project Tracker, manage workload distribution, monitor throughput and quality, and coach designers based on data-informed insights.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and manage expectations.
Ensure timely submission of photo reports by internal stakeholders showcasing actual produced materials crafted by the team.
Direct and oversee production shoots (photo and video shoots).
Review and approve creative assets, ensuring high standards of design and production quality.
Identify growth and promotion-readiness signals across the team and recommend stretch opportunities or development plans.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive innovation in creative executions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts and Design, Marketing, or any closely related field.
At least four (4) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the design field.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in people management or a formal leadership role.
A proven creative leader with an outstanding portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
In-depth knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge in Motion Graphic Animation, production shoots (photo and video shoots) is highly preferred
Proficient in using Mac, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar).
Demonstrated ability to manage team workloads and to use data or productivity tracking tools to inform coaching and decisions.
Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Energetic, task-oriented, and creative with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Open to working in flexible shift schedules that align with our global counterparts across different time zones.
