Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you will help deliver recruitment marketing campaigns through digital/social channels that attract talent and build future talent pools. You will research market and industry social trends, support career events and candidate communications, coordinate talent community activities, and track campaign results to help improve our employer brand and attract great talent to Telstra.
What is the focus of the role?
As a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you activate social always-on recruitment marketing campaigns that build awareness of Telstra, nurture priority talent communities to drive qualified candidate engagement before roles open.
