As a Project Manager on the Talent Acquisition (TA) Projects Team, you will manage and drive initiatives that enhance TA processes, tools, and performance. You will independently coordinate project tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results aligned with business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, clear communication with stakeholders, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are key to success in this role, as you will evaluate project performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend improvements to drive operational excellence within Talent Acquisition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management Manage project deliverables by creating and maintaining work plans, monitoring timelines, and communicating project updates clearly to stakeholders.

Problem Solving Recommend solutions to conflicts or roadblocks within your project area with support from leadership when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong partnerships across peer groups and collaborate with leaders to drive project outcomes. Facilitate effective discussions to keep work moving forward.

Analytical Thinking Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, provide insights, and develop action plans to improve project outcomes.

Accountability & Ownership Deliver against project goals with a focus on timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Independently drive tasks to completion and escalate as appropriate.

Continuous Learning Take ownership of your development and actively seek opportunities to build skills and project management expertise.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Healthcare industry experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects from conception to execution at a large scale.

  • Experience managing technology driven projects a plus, but not required.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Microsoft applications.

  • Experience conducting business analysis, including identifying trends, developing insights, and creating data-driven recommendations.

  • Experience preparing executive-ready summaries, reports, or presentations based on analysis

Travel: Occasional travel for critical in-person team meetings and events. Less than 5%.

The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hourWashington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
