Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on telecommunications or technical roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes on a global scale, particularly in UAE, KSA, and UK.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
