Recruitment Manager – Bangalore, India (on-site)

T his role goes beyond managing recruiting activity. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who can lead and continue building team capability, strengthen recruiting execution, and partner with the business to elevate hiring practices across multiple Koch businesses in India.

You will apply Principle Based Management™ (PBM) in how you lead—seeking to understand, challenging thinking, and using data and feedback to improve outcomes. You will set clear expectations, hold a high bar for performance, and create an environment where the team is accountable for hiring quality, efficient delivery, and an excellent service experience for both candidates and business partners.

This role supports a growing business with increasing hiring needs and complexity, where efficiency, clear decision-making, and continuous improvement are critical. You will partner with stakeholders across global locations, balancing local execution in India with global alignment.

You will also own how recruiting performance is measured—gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.

You will lead a team of 6 recruiters and recruiting coordinators operating within a collaborative hiring model that brings together Recruiting, HR partners, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers.

What You Will Do

•Lead and continue developing a recruiting team, focused on building capability and delivering consistent, high-quality hiring results

•Set clear expectations, coach performance, and hold the team accountable for hiring quality, efficient delivery, and service excellence

•Partner with Hiring Managers and HR partners to define success profiles and align on hiring strategies

•Ensure a values-first hiring approach is consistently applied, focusing on candidates who are contribution motivated and able to strengthen the team’s long-term capability and culture

•Apply PBM in how you lead—challenging thinking, seeking input, and improving decision quality

•Use data to measure hiring performance, identify opportunities, and improve quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience

•Gather and present insights to business leaders, incorporating feedback to continuously improve results

•Build strong partnerships across global stakeholders, balancing alignment with effective local execution

•Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, systems, service expectations, and how talent is evaluated

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

•Experience leading and developing recruiting teams

•Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to improve visibility, consistency, and decision-making

•Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver hiring results

•Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decisions

•Willingness and ability to work flexibly across global time zones

What Will Put You Ahead

•Experience applying or building knowledge of Principle Based Management™ or similar frameworks

•Experience influencing stakeholders and improving hiring approaches or practices

•Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect talent needs to business outcomes

•Experience working in a global or matrixed organization

•Experience using recruiting analytics to improve hiring performance
