About the Role

The Recruitment Manager leads OPF's talent acquisition function, overseeing end-to-end recruiting operations across the Dominican Republic and the United States. This role is accountable for team performance, process compliance, requisition management, and the quality of every candidate experience from first contact through Day 1. Operating as the operational bridge between frontline recruiters and executive leadership, the Recruitment Manager ensures that hiring velocity, documentation integrity, and stakeholder satisfaction are consistently maintained. This position also plays a key role in identifying process gaps, coaching recruiter talent, and driving continuous improvement across all hiring functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve new job requisitions for completeness, budget alignment, and business relevance.
  • Approve job postings and review descriptions for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Monitor offer approvals and ensure documentation compliance across all active searches.
  • Review active pipelines and top candidate profiles for priority roles on a daily basis.
  • Conduct 1:1s with Senior Recruiters and Recruiters to assess progress and address blockers.
  • Coordinate last-mile onboarding logistics with HR, IT, Admin, and Training teams.
  • Ensure recruiter communication is timely, clear, and professional at every stage.
  • Review KPIs and present monthly recruitment metrics to leadership.
  • Track referral trends and report on bonus eligibility.
  • Identify sourcing or process gaps and propose data-backed improvements.
  • Conduct performance reviews with recruiters and develop coaching action plans.
  • Update SOP materials and ensure alignment with current compliance standards.

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume BPO or contact center recruiting environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms; Workable experience preferred.
  • Strong command of Dominican Republic employment compliance and pre-hire documentation requirements.
  • Experience managing recruiters across multiple sites.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English -- written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume, multi-requisition environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with US hiring compliance requirements including background checks and ADP processes.
  • Familiarity with The Predictive Index, Wonderlic Select, and typing assessment platforms.
  • Background in process improvement or SOP development within recruiting functions.
  • Track record of coaching and developing junior recruiting talent.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Builds strong relationships with HR, IT, Training, and Hiring Managers to ensure seamless onboarding execution.
  • Strategic Thinking: Identifies process gaps, proposes solutions, and implements improvements that scale with organizational growth.
  • Data Fluency: Leverages EOD, ATS, and KPI data to monitor team performance, identify trends, and report to leadership.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Manages compliance requirements and candidate communication across DR and US hiring simultaneously.

Working Conditions & Travel

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dominican Republic.
  • Regular in-office presence is required five days per week.
  • Occasional travel to the US headquarters or other sites may be required for leadership meetings, onboarding coordination, or company events.
  • Extended hours may be required during high-volume hiring periods or critical onboarding events.
