As the Recruitment manager, you will be supporting and reporting directly to Operations Manager
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively using various channels to search for talent. Headhunting via social media, job boards… aside from receiving direct applications
Developing talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future hiring needs
Sending sourcing emails and following up with candidates
Logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other internal databases
Assisting in preparing candidate presentations for the Client
Assisting in preparing job offers for candidates
Proactively increasing the Talent Pool of candidates for future growth and suggesting better ways of working
Determining the recruitment tone of voice (TOV) with the PR and Operations managers
Creating Job Ads and always adapting to the PlayMagic TOV to attract the best talent on social media platforms, proposing creative and engaging recruitment material and advertising
Supporting with employer branding activities together with PR manager and Graphic designer by proposing creative and engaging recruitment material and advertising
Supporting with managing the external advertising and keeping within allocated Recruiting budget
Providing regular feedback on overall recruitment, recruitment costs, effectiveness of recruitment channels and maintaining reports as requested
Initiating and assisting with improving onboarding, offboarding processes
Keeping up with the latest trends of talent sourcing and acquisition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience within office work
Professional level of English is required - written and verbal
