Job Description
The Recruitment Lead – AMR is responsible for leading the recruitment team in delivering recruitment solutions to clients. The role focuses on team performance, recruitment delivery, client/candidate management, and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set recruitment priorities, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Support team members in handling challenging recruitment cases and client requirements.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and candidate-focused team environment.
- Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for recruitment projects.
- Ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requirements and hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including fulfilment rate, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention.
- Client & Business Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their workforce requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement briefings, and recruitment solution discussions.
- Identify opportunities to expand staffing services and contribute to business growth.
- Process & Operations
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team productivity.
- Prepare and review recruitment reports and provide insights to management.
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth operations, service delivery, cross-selling opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within recruitment agencies, or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Previous experience in team leadership or people management is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on targets and service delivery.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Location: HCM Office: : E. Town Central, 11 Doan Van Bo, Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC, Vietnam.
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.
