An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Lead to join a growing healthcare organisation with an established presence across the North.

This is a key role within the recruitment function, responsible for leading recruitment activity across the business, strengthening candidate pipelines, and ensuring operational teams have access to high-quality healthcare professionals.

The role would suit an experienced healthcare recruiter who is commercially minded, hands-on, and confident taking ownership of recruitment strategy while supporting and developing others.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment activity across the organisation
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to support business growth
• Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare and care professionals
• Work closely with operational teams to understand workforce requirements
• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding
• Support, coach, and develop recruitment team members
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, performance, and candidate conversion
• Identify new sourcing channels and opportunities to improve attraction
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes remain compliant and efficient
• Build strong relationships with candidates, managers, and key stakeholders
• Provide recruitment insight and market feedback to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience within healthcare, social care, or clinical recruitment
• Previous experience in a senior recruitment, recruitment lead, or team leadership position
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and candidate attraction
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and commercial awareness
• Experience managing recruitment targets and KPIs
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with operational teams
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
