Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead, coach and support a team of recruiters and sourcers to ensure consistent performance and highquality delivery.
  • Manage daytoday recruitment operations, ensuring all requisitions are handled efficiently and in line with client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment performance, SLA/KPI achievement and team productivity, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Oversee workload allocation, capacity planning and prioritisation across the delivery team.
  • Provide recruitment expertise, market insights and strategic recommendations to Hiring Managers and HR partners.
  • Ensure adherence to established recruitment processes, compliance standards and data integrity requirements.
  • Resolve escalations and operational issues in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Promote a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise tools, processes and delivery models.
  • Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities and collaborating with the Client Director.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience (RPO, agency, or in-house), with at least 2 years in a senior, lead or client-facing role.
  • Experience in fast paced and/or high volume recruiting in manufacturing, technical service or corporate space is required. Experience in remote locations across the United States and Canada in the energy sector, renewable energy, or an equivalent industry highly preferred.
  • Experience managing or mentoring recruiters or sourcing teams.
  • Proven experience delivering against SLAs and managing client relationships at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and sourcing technologies.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with high-volume or specialised roles.

The role will provide

  • Base Salary: $80,000 with 10% bonus
  • On-site requirement
  • PTO starting at 22 days, plus 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days
