Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Intern. This is a full-time, 3-month internship based in our Cairo office. As a Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the fast-paced and exciting field of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in conducting in-person interviews
- Assist in maintaining and updating our candidate database
- Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters and contracts
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software
- Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow in this field
