Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Recruitment Intern at Conrad Dubai, you’ll support the hiring journey with care and attention, helping candidates feel welcomed and valued from their first conversation to their first day. Working alongside our Human Resources team, you’ll help bring in the people who make exceptional guest experiences possible. You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Recruitment Intern at Conrad Dubai:

• Support recruitment planning: Help maintain vacancy and manning records, track upcoming hiring needs, and prepare information for discussions with department heads.
• Support talent sourcing: Assist with posting vacancies on TMX, reviewing applications, and identifying suitable candidates for current and future opportunities at Conrad Dubai.
• Assist with screening and selection: Review CVs against role requirements, conduct initial candidate calls where appropriate, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain candidate communication: Provide timely updates, answer routine queries, and ensure candidates receive a professional and welcoming experience at every stage.
• Support pre-employment checks and onboarding: Coordinate reference checks and required documentation, track progress, and help prepare new joiners for their first day.
• Keep recruitment records accurate: Update the applicant tracking system, vacancy trackers, and recruitment reports, including measures such as time to fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Work with hiring managers and external partners: Gather role details, arrange interviews, and assist with communication with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other approved vendors.
• Contribute to employer branding: Help share approved content that highlights the hotel’s culture, values, career opportunities, and Team Member experience.
• Support wider HR initiatives: Assist with career fairs, Team Member engagement activities, training events, and other HR projects as required.
• Follow recruitment standards: Handle candidate information confidentially and follow company policies, fair hiring practices, and applicable employment requirements.
