We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Manager to lead our Recruitment & HR team in Israel, reporting to the VP HR.

In this role, you will lead and develop the team, drive the execution of our recruitment plan and HR strategy, and partner closely with managers to support business growth and organizational needs.

What you’ll do

Recruitment Team Management

• Manage, coach, and develop the Recruitment & HR Partners in Israel, strengthening their recruitment expertise and HR partnership capabilities.
• Lead the execution of the recruitment plan in Israel, setting clear goals, priorities, and professional standards aligned with business needs.
• Manage team workloads, allocate responsibilities and resources, and establish follow-up routines to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Guide the team in building recruitment strategies, strengthening sourcing channels, and managing effective hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions, providing guidance on complex hiring challenges.
• Support and manage recruitment processes for senior positions, working closely with leadership and external recruitment partners.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external partners, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

HR Management & Business Partnership

• Translate the HR strategy into clear work plans and lead their execution in Israel, in partnership with the VP HR.
• Develop a strong understanding of business goals and challenges, ensuring HR priorities support organizational needs.
• Coach the HR Partners in their work with managers and employees, helping them address challenges and lead HR processes within their departments.
• Act as a trusted partner to managers on team effectiveness, employee development, performance, and employee relations.
• Support the team in handling complex employee situations, assessing options, recommending solutions, and following through.
• Lead performance review and talent review processes, translating outcomes into practical development and retention plans.
• Support organizational changes, team structures, and workforce planning as the company grows.
• Identify organizational needs and people-related risks, and turn them into focused action plans.
• Strengthen managers’ capabilities through ongoing coaching, practical tools, and guidance.
• Build and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and adapting them to changing needs.
• Use HR data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Partner with the broader HR team to strengthen company culture, employee experience, and engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR in global tech companies.
• Proven experience directly managing a recruitment team in a tech company. Must.
• Experience in at least one HR Business Partner role, supporting managers and employees across core HR processes. Must.
• Strong recruitment expertise, including technical hiring, global hiring, candidate assessment, and managing senior-level recruitment processes.
• Experience translating HR strategy into work plans and leading their execution.
• Experience leading performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change processes.
• Experience supporting a fast-growing organization and managing multiple recruitment and HR priorities.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate organizational needs into practical HR solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and influence across different levels of the organization.
• A structured, proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
