We are expanding rapidly—and on the hunt for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to play a key role in driving our talent strategy and supporting our business growth over the next two years.

This is more than recruitment—it’s an opportunity to partner closely with our Hiring Managers, understand workforce needs, refine role requirements, and drive effective hiring decisions that support business priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define needs and drive effective hiring decisions
• Deliver a strong candidate experience through screening, interviews, and offer management
• Support workforce planning and hiring tracking
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide market insights and hiring strategies
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with recruitment processes

Candidate Profile

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally in fast-paced or high-volume environments
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to drive hiring success
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, structured selection processes, and candidate lifecycle management
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Avature experience is a strong advantage)
• Exposure to multinational or regulated environments will be highly valued
