Job Description

About Us

At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Delivery Partner within Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes are delivered through our recruitment partners. Acting as the bridge between the business, Talent Acquisition, and external service providers, you will drive recruitment performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and process excellence across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

You will partner closely with business leaders, the Talent Acquisition teams, and vendor teams to ensure recruitment demand is effectively managed, service levels are achieved, and hiring leaders and candidates receive exceptional experience. Through proactive vendor management, data-driven insights, escalation management, and continuous improvement, you will help ensure ANZ attracts and hires the talent needed to achieve its strategic objectives.

Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future while helping to build ours.

Role Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Opportunity

Role Location: Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane

Work Hours: Full Time

What will your day look like?

As a Recruitment Delivery Partner, you will:

  • Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to deliver recruitment outcomes through outsourced recruitment providers.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with recruitment vendors, ensuring agreed service levels, quality standards, and performance expectations are achieved.
  • Monitor recruitment activity, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high-risk or business-critical recruitment matters, driving resolution and ensuring positive outcomes for hiring leaders and candidates.
  • Provide oversight across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience managing recruitment delivery through an outsourced recruitment partner, RPO, or vendor model, with accountability for hiring outcomes and service performance.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Technology, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Exposure to supplier performance management, governance frameworks, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational reporting.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and managing complex or sensitive recruitment matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and manage escalations through to resolution.

You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we’d love to hear from you.

So why join us?

From the moment you join ANZ, you'll be doing meaningful work that will shape a world where people and communities thrive.

But it's not just our customers who'll feel your impact. You'll feel it too. Because at ANZ, you'll have the resources, opportunities, and support you need to take the next big step in your career.

We're a diverse bunch at ANZ in different roles, different locations, doing different things. That's why we have a range of flexible working arrangements, so our people can 'make work, work for them'. We also provide a range of benefits including access to health and wellbeing services and discounts on selected products and services from ANZ and more.

At ANZ, you'll be part of an organisation where the different backgrounds, perspectives and life experiences of our people are celebrated. We welcome applications from everyone and encourage you to talk to us about any adjustments you may require to our recruitment process or the role itself.
