About the InternshipThe Recruitment Delivery Intern will support Smart Working’s recruitment delivery function by assisting with candidate coordination, documentation, and internal tracking. This role offers hands-on exposure to tech recruitment operations, with a strong focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and process discipline. You will work closely with Delivery Consultants to ensure candidate profiles are accurate, communication is timely, and recruitment workflows are executed smoothly in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and formatting executive summaries under guidance, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to internal quality standards.
  • Support candidate communication, including availability checks, interview reminders, preparation calls, and status updates.
  • Share assessments with candidates, track completion, monitor proctoring reports, and escalate access or technical issues when required.
  • Update and maintain candidate stages, notes, and tags in the ATS to ensure clean and accurate records.
  • Track interview outcomes and ensure feedback is documented and shared with internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Support client submissions by verifying that all candidate documentation is complete and client-ready.
  • Follow Smart Working’s communication tone, quality benchmarks, and internal delivery processes at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with Google Docs, Sheets, and email tools.
  • Willingness to learn ATS platforms and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional, reliable, and responsive in a remote working setup.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters of Business Administration (any discipline).
  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or talent delivery roles.
  • Exposure to tech hiring or client-facing coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn is a plus.

Stipend & Growth Opportunity

  • Stipend: This is a paid 3-month internship.
  • Conversion Pathway: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Recruitment Delivery Consultant role upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and business requirements.
  • Certification & Recommendation: Interns who complete the internship successfully will receive a Certificate of Completion.
  • Exceptional performers may also receive a Letter of Recommendation based on their contribution and performance during the internship.
